Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

For most items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
However, we do offer free 14-day returns on items from the Signature Collection.

To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. If you're unsure about sizing or fit, we recommend trying the Signature Collection risk-free.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

When will I receive my order?


2 to 4 weeks for orders to be processed.

Why do the clothes I ordered look different from the product photos?

Each of our garments is crafted with unique fabric and dyeing processes, meaning slight variations in color, texture, or fading may occur. Some garments are designed to change over time, developing a one-of-a-kind look. These variations are intentional and part of the garment’s character.

How do I care for my garments?

To extend the life of your clothing, please follow these general care guidelines:


cold (30°C) on a delicate cycle


and with like colors


air drying is recommended


(do not iron directly on prints)


may bleed ink in the first few washes—wash separately

What if my package is returned to sender?

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, the customer is responsible for paying reshipping fees. We do not automatically issue refunds for returned orders. Please review our Return-to-Sender Policy for more details.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once an order has been shipped, Leon Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience any shipping issues, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@leonclo.com. Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Most of our collections are limited releases, and once they sell out, they may not be restocked. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on restocks and new drops!
